Product Features:
- Compatibility: 2 x 180″ strips for HEPA-10, HEPA-1OX, HEPA-1OC; 2 x 223″ strips for HEPA-13
- Material: Durable Dura Grip® featuring a 1″ wide white loop with a strong rubber adhesive backing
Installation Instruction:
- Begin by removing the old Velcro® strip, which may be challenging if it has been in place for several years. Slowly pull it off and use a stiff putty knife to eliminate as much old adhesive as possible.
- For thorough cleanup, consider using an adhesive remover, but results may vary. Follow up with isopropyl alcohol for final cleaning.
- For installation, start in the middle of the cabinet and carefully work your way around, ensuring to keep the strip straight and consistent.
- Press down firmly as you go, avoiding slack but also not stretching the Velcro® excessively, as it will expand and contract with temperature changes.
- Use scissors to trim the ends for a perfect fit without overlap.
- If available, use a roller to press out air bubbles in the adhesive.
Curing Time: The adhesive will take a few days to fully cure, so avoid disturbing the strips during this time.
