RUBBER SEAL Top Gasket for TOP FRAME (15 foot roll).

Enhance the performance of your halo top frame with our high-quality Halo Top Seal. You will receive one strip of Trim Lock® gasket material, with specific lengths tailored to your model: HEPA-10, HEPA-1OX, and HEPA-10C customers will receive  180″, while HEPA-13 customers receive 226″ of seal.

Product Features:

• Material: Sponge rubber seal, approximately ½” thick
• Purpose: Compresses against the ceiling for a tighter fit of the halo top frame

Installation Instructions:

1. Begin by removing the old gasket, ensuring to eliminate as much adhesive residue as possible using a putty knife and adhesive remover.
2. Clean the mating surface of the halo top with isopropyl alcohol.
3. As you install the new seal, press it down while working around the frame.
4. At the corners, cut a 45-degree triangle-shaped notch with scissors—be careful not to cut completely through the gasket; aim for about 90% into the material to maintain a continuous piece.

Tip: The adhesive on the top seal may take up to 72 hours to fully cure, so avoid disturbing it during this time.
